If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that real transformation starts with radical self-awareness. I know this because I’ve lived it. My journey—from navigating mental health challenges to building a career in leadership, talent development, and coaching—has been anything but linear. But through it all, I’ve discovered the power of owning my choices, my actions, and my story. And now, I help others do the same.
As a Thought Partner, Leadership Coach, Keynote Speaker, and Self-Awareness Advocate, I specialize in helping individuals and teams unlock their potential by reframing challenges, strengthening self-awareness, and stepping into personal accountability.
